Hyderabad: The Telangana Board of Secondary Education on Wednesday, May 10, announced the TS SSC or the Class 10 results 2023. Telangana Education Minister P Sabitha Indra Reddy announced the Class 10 results during a press conference at 12 pm.

This year the overall pass percentage of the Class 10 is 86 percent. Girls outshine boys with pass percentage of 88.53 percent. The boys recorded a pass percentage of 84.68 percent. The exams were conducted from 3-13 April at various exam centres across the state. About 5 lakh students had appeared for the Telangana Class 10 exams 2023. In order to pass the TS SSC Class 10 exams, students need to score a minimum 35 percent marks in each subjects. Nirmal district secured highest pass percentage with 99 percent students cleared Class 10 followed by Kumram Bheem Asifabad at 98.7 percent. The lowest pass percentage was recorded in Vikarabad district at 59.4 percent.
In 2022, TS SSC results were declared on 30 June. The overall pass percentage was 90 percent. Girls had outperformed boys with a 92.45 percent. The pass percentage of boys stood at 87.61 percent.
Meanwhile, yesterday the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) had announced the results of 1st and 2nd year students. The overall pass percentage of TS Inter 2nd Year results 2023 was recorded at 63.49 percent while for the first year was 61.68 percent.
