New Delhi: The NEET UG 2023 counselling round 1 result was announced on Sunday, July 30. The counselling this year saw a different trend with the NEET UG 2023 AIR 1 Prabanjan J choosing JIPMER Puducherry over AIIMS, New Delhi. However, the other AIR 1 Bora Varun Chakravarthi went ahead with AIIMS New Delhi. The toppers and other UG medical aspirants including from open categories, all India quota categories and reserved categories can now report to the allotted college by August 4.
If upgraded in round 2, the candidate must take relieving from round 1 seat and join round 2 seat. Candidates allotted seats in round 2 but who do not report or join the allotted institute shall forfeit their security deposit. Candidates getting upgraded in round 2 will not have any claim on round 1 seat.
