New Delhi: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is yet to declare the IBPS Clerk Prelims Result 2025. Once released, candidates who appeared for the Customer Service Associates (CSA) preliminary examination will be able to access their results on the official website, ibps.in. According to the official notification, the CSA prelims results are scheduled for release in November 2025, though the exact date has not been disclosed.
The preliminary examination for Customer Service Associates was conducted nationwide, tentatively on October 4, 5, and 11, 2025. The exam carried a total of 100 marks and included objective-type questions across three sections: English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. Candidates were given 1 hour to complete the test.
This recruitment drive aims to fill 13,533 Customer Service Associate positions. The online registration process was held from August 1 to August 21, 2025.
